In case you wondering where I got this Jack-O-Lantern hat, this from 2009 Halloween event in GE; the Halloween Monster Race. All you need to do is login on the 29th October and do some special quests. Take quests from the Halloween Witch Sierra. You will find her at City of Auchin Channel 1. Note that, channel 1 only. She'll be somewhere near Eleonore the Pioneering Officer.
All quests have the same simple rule. Hunt all the
monster(s) in the quest list and return to Sierra when
you are done and she’ll give you some great items!
Think you have what it takes to be an efficient monster
hunter? Complete those quests within the time limit
and Sierra will give you even more great items!
Is speed your forte? Set the fastest time record at the
end of the event on 19 November 2009 and Team GE
will give you fantastic prizes!
so now since Halloween is over, how to get the Halloween Hat? simple answer, my most hated answer; buy from other player or from the Market Manager. The price in the market should be around 1mil vis to 5 mil vis. However, there are some players put the price around 10-15mil vis =.="
Note that Halloween Hat is for basic level 1 characters, so any level basic characters can wear it. Unlike the Witch Hat which is for basic level 100 characters. So no need to worry when you're thinking of buy them :D
